Return & Exchange Policy
Your original purchase receipt or gift receipt is required for any exchange / return. If you don't have your receipt, we will gladly attempt to find your transaction in your customer profile if you have a rewards account with us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We will send you a return authorization number & instructions on how to send back item. Please note we do not refund shipping fees and customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. Issues will be resolved on a case by case basis and as per manufacturers warranty if over 30 days from purchase.
